This test shows whether there are enlarged lymph glands in the abdomen (the area from half-way down our tummies towards our bowels) which could contain cancer cells. During a Lymphangiogram dye is injected into the patient's feet. The dye travels through the lymphatic system to the glands in your abdomen and shows up on the X-ray. The doctor then takes a picture of the outline of the glands to look for anything abnormal.
